The AAMC provides resources to support your preparation. Review the Examinee Preparation Guide to understand what the exam measures and how questions are structured, and use the AAMC’s practice exams to become familiar with the exam format. Access the AAMC preparation resources.
If you need to change the date/time of your exam appointment, you may be able to reschedule for a $25 fee. If you have been approved for the Fee Assistance Program, you will receive a 50% discount on rescheduling fees. Rescheduling eligibility and availability are subject to deadlines associated with your current exam date as detailed on the AAMC PREview website.
To change your appointment date/time, select "Reschedule" and choose from the available dates and times. If you do not see the rescheduling button, the deadline to reschedule your appointment has passed.
To cancel your appointment, select the “Cancel” button next to your appointment and confirm that you would like to cancel your appointment. Once you have successfully cancelled your appointment, you will be taken to a confirmation page and will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see the cancel button, the deadline to cancel your appointment has passed.
PREview scores are reported through the AAMC Testing Services Score Reporting System. Once your score is released, you can access your score by clicking on the “Get Your Test Scores” button found on the AAMC PREview website. Please refer to the PREview Essentials and aamc.org/preview for more information regarding score reporting.
